Acceptable Use & DMCA Policy

1 Acceptable Use

You may use AccountShop only for lawful purposes and in line with these rules. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, to deal honestly with other users, and to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party game or service involved in your transactions.

2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Engage in fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or sell stolen or illegitimately obtained goods.
• List items you do not own or have no right to sell, or misrepresent what you are selling.
• Move transactions or communication off-platform to evade escrow, fees, or moderation.
• Upload malware, attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Platform or its users.
• Harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or deceive others, or manipulate ratings and reviews.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
• Use the Platform to violate the terms of service of any game publisher in a way that exposes other users to harm.

3 Content Standards

All content you submit — listings, messages, images, profile details, and disputes — must be accurate, lawful, and your own (or properly licensed). Do not post other people's personal information, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or misleading claims.

4 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, holding funds pending a dispute, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting unlawful activity to the authorities. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Platform.

5 DMCA — Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. If you believe content on AccountShop infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the listing URL).
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to our DMCA agent at dmca@accountshop.net or via the Contact page. We will remove or disable access to infringing material that is properly reported.

6 Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the timeframe required by law.

7 Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
